Refund policy

We back what we sell and want you to be stoked with every purchase from High Rollers 4x4 — whether it’s parts, accessories, or merch. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The item hasn’t been used, installed, or fitted.

  • It’s still in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • You can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Once the item’s back and checked over, we’ll issue a refund or store credit (excluding the original shipping cost).
Return shipping costs are on the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If something turns up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Send through your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos, and we’ll get it sorted.
Depending on the situation, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund — whatever makes it right.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

A lot of the gear we sell comes with manufacturer warranties.
Warranty terms vary between products and brands, but our team will help guide you through the process.
To start a claim, just contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
We’ll handle the rest with the manufacturer to get a fair outcome.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following can’t be returned:

  • Installed, used, or modified parts

  • Gift cards

APPAREL RETURNS

For merch and clothing, you can return or exchange within 30 days as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, headwear can’t be returned or exchanged.
