Shipping: Our parcels are shipped via Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for all orders over $49, and free express shipping for orders over $99. Each product is packaged well to prevent damage, and checked thoroughly for faults before leaving the warehouse. 

Returns: In the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty/damaged item from us or you are unhappy with your item, we offer a 30 day free return policy for our customers. Send us an email with pictures/videos of your damaged item, and we can assist you in making your return. Please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been damaged after use.
